BPJ Fifth wheel has been developing and producing Fifth wheels since 1999, continuously exploring international market demand models. After continuous improvement in design, production, and craftsmanship, we now produce 10 series and 30 models of products in bulk, which can meet the needs of major truck & dolly models in Europe and the United States. We use Solids works software to professionally design, and manufacture the fifth round, and optimize it to the optimal design value through computer simulation experiments and finite element stress calculation analysis. The key component materials are made of ADI (Austempered ductile iron) and QT450-18AL and ASTM-A148 GRADE90/60 materials, as well as advanced lost foam casting technology and coated sand production line. The product has stronger load-bearing capacity, and the surface reduces friction and uneven wear, resulting in excellent load-bearing capacity, lower friction, and reduced uneven wear of the top plate. Infinite lock adjustment improves the durability of the lock and master pin. The grip release handle requires minimal operational effect and improves safety. The optional pneumatic system can be easily operated in the cab.
